Yep, I said it Grammy, everyone at our house ate spinach tonight...EVERYONE! That means Chad too! I wanted to cry I was so happy! Gracie wanted to cook dinner so I got her on the fact that she had cooked it - therefore it was ok. Grant wanted to buy it tonight at the store, so he was in (that and he will eat a tree - he's hopped up on 'roids remember!) and then Chad felt guilty and ate some of the raw spinach on the counter. He'll eat it raw, even though I barely cooked it. Grant did gag a little though. He is so much like Chad. Chad has the worst gage reflex ever. Grant was stuffing it in so he could have an Oreo, then he gaged. We didn't make a big deal of it and he kept it down. But he said, "next time, I shouldn't put so much spinach in my mouth or I'll puke."
Gracie said she'd never eat collard greens, but they are so much better! We are getting there. I am having a hard time restraining myself! This is the first time they have eaten spinach without it being disguised in brownies!
