Grant's Journey

Grant came home from school sick today, so I amused myself by making this video. We've had a rough week around here. It seems that every side affect that could bother Grant has bothered him this week. We have decided with his teacher to pick him up at 12:15 two days a week and adjust his 504 plan to state this. He is just soooooo tired. He's still having leg pain even with the medicine (that causes fatigue). So we'll see about switching that next month. He threw up this morning at school, but thankfully, no fever and after a 4 hour nap he's feeling better. He's had bad heartburn and I wonder if that caused the vomit. The heart burn is from the Prednisone. It has been an acceptance thing yet again with dealing with cutting back at school and adjusting to new pain.
Gracie is spending the night with a friend and Chad has work weekend at the hunting land. Grant and I had planned to go to the rodeo and since it's outdoors and he is feeling fine, we are going to go ahead and go.
